When I was a little kid, there was not one thing more agreeably diverting than bike riding. Although I was only permitted to go for a few blocks, it seemed like the entire world to me. For my whole life, I wanted one thing more than anything – a dog. I was not able to get one while living at home growing up, so when I was an adult and had a place of my own, I knew it was my turn to get one.
It should come as no surprise that I named my puppy the same name that I had always wanted since I was a child. He is a strong looking German Sheppard. But where the cuteness ends, the trouble begins.
Training the dog has been on the top of my list and I have been having success using a Tri-Tronics dog training collar . A good friend of mine suggested that a pink dog collar could work, but it seems unlikely to me. I don't want to waste time with training, I just want to get it done.
I'll blog about the results when I have some. It will be easier to love the puppy if there are less problems.

Our house has been really busy since we discovered that we were pregnant. I guess a new baby does that to you. We weren't expecting to have another baby, but it is a blessing. But it also means that there are some things we need to buy before it comes.
We have been buying supplies continuously for the past few months, and the only thing we have left is the baby double strollers and we are going to the store right now to buy one. I never would have thought that we would be at this position in our lives again, but here we are.
I am a little worried about how we are going to do with this one. Our youngest is just turning eleven, and it has been a long time since I have had to get down on the floor and play. I bet it will be a lot of fun.

I have not been as busy as I would have liked lately, so I decided to make use of my free time to do some cleaning. Not that I like cleaning by any means, but rather it makes sense to get it done when it needs to be done, right?
So, I decided to start with my Rubbermaid shed. It was one of the best buying decisions that I have ever made. I know I could never have built my own using DIY shed plans. It has lasted well so far, and even survived a hail storm or two.
But it doesn’t mean that it stays cleaner than any other shed. In fact, I would say that I am a bit of a packrat. Which is the reason that I need to clean it or it will never get done.
